Upload a photo of a Lima facade and get its structural segmentation plus a seismic vulnerability indicator.

Replication of the CISMID-UNI paper in the Journal of Disaster Research on Villa El Salvador: Mask R-CNN segments walls, windows and columns from facade photos, and a heuristic estimates vulnerability tied to E.030 concepts.
